All students enrolled in the ACM40418 Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, you shall need to buy the BSAVA Textbook of Veterinary Nursing, 6th Edition.
Students enrolled in Certificate IV courses shall also need to purchase the Introduction to Veterinary Anatomy & Physiology, 4th Edition.
All other resources will be provided by us to complete your course.
AACI recommends that you undertake further reading including industry relevant newspapers, journals and websites.
Due to the expense please speak to your local clinic and library (eg. The Veterinary Nurse Journal). The United Kingdom also provides access many journals via the RCVS Library Trust. This is a low cost subscription model for online journals for veterinary nurses.

The structure of the Veterinary Nursing sector in the UK is very, very different as VET Nurses are able to undertake tasks that Australian Veterinary Nurses are prohibited from undertaking under Australian legislation as they are classed as acts of Veterinary Science.
